XMLMill for Java

The main changes are:

• Support for Unicode TrueType fonts.
• Font metrics can be loaded at statup time (especially important in web application to avoid delay of generating the first document due to loading of fontmetrics of the fonts used in the document).
• Bug fixes.

The main changes are:
